I've spent my career helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into products, experiences, and businesses.

I started in industrial design, working directly with engineers, manufacturers, and business leaders to bring physical products to market. Over time, my work expanded into building multidisciplinary teams, establishing innovation capabilities, and helping organizations rethink how they serve their customers.

What hasn't changed is how I approach the work: understand people, challenge assumptions, bring different perspectives together, and make ideas tangible.
