Hi! I’m Ryan.

I am an experienced Design Strategist and proven design leader with a wide range of experience across mediums & industries. While the customer and desired outcomes have varied, my deep expertise in design processes and ability to cultivate and lead teams of talented T-shaped experts are highly transferable. My experience provides a strong foundation for teams tasked with concept development through product deployment.

I help leadership teams envision the future of their business and empower development teams to flawlessly execute on that vision. I have a proven track record of leveraging evidence-based decision-making to help move design from being a subjective output to an objective approach.

I’ve recently left MassMutual where I stood-up and lead 3 groups focused on research & design, innovation and financial wellness. After taking some time to focus on family, “catch up” on home renovations and work on my portfolio I am looking for my next role. Somewhere I can fully utilize my skills and experience to make an impact in a collaborative environment.

Let’s connect.
